Hi i am seeking information on Philip Cottrell based in Spain, he had a company Forensic Wealth Management, they were gold dealers i understand. I have also found that Philip Cottrell is also a fine art dealer, fine wine dealer and property expert. Seems a busy man. I would be glad of some information as i feel I may have been stung by him.

Phil or Philip Cottrell was trading under Forensic Wealth Management but now trades as Trafalgar Commodities. Some questions that would be nice to answer:
1) Is this the same Philip Cottrell who worked for Andalucian Dream Homes as marketing director ?

2) Is this the same philip Cottrell who worked as a senior manager at Fortuna Land/Estates, who then became Oanna? If so then there is a lot of investors who are wishing to talk with him along with a lawyer fighting a class action in Malaga who would like a long chat!

3) Is this the same Phil Cottrell who then opened Forensic Wealth Management, dealing in Property then gold dust, fine art and fine wines who then seemed to shut down quickly with unpaid clients?

4) Is this the same Phil Cottrell who is now the conservative abroad chairman for marbella?

5) Is this the same Phil Cottrell whos mother was high sherif of Kent?

We would like to bring attention to Mr Philip Cottrell based in Spain. In 2010 & 2011 Mr Philip Cottrell and David Miller his business partner have taken in excess of 300,000 operating various scams. All operating from Spain.
Ranger Rovers, they are offering UK registered Ranger Rovers at discounted prices the deal is well put together and sounds "too good to be true" Philip Cottrell and David Miller require deposits of 5,000 pounds for each car. We have found over 20 people who have paid them this and have never had a single car or registration document.
Cigarettes, Philip Cottrell and David Miller are also offering cigarettes at very low prices per packet if purchased in bulk, we have one group of clients who gave them 50,000 euros in return for a container load of cigarettes and yes you have guessed it they were never delivered. Another Philip Cottrell and David Miller scam, again operating from Spain.
Property, they have taken over 30,000 euros in reservations for costa del sol properties which yet again once paid the deal never happens, clients have paid 2,000 each for a property but are left high and dry.
Mr Philip Cottrell is based in Spain, he is posing as a fine art expert/ dealer and gold dealer please beware and if you have any more information please pass on.

Yes he is also using Philip Howard, we have calculated he has taken over 500,000 from people for various "deals", please think twice before handing over money to him or david miller his business partner.

Yes Philip working with David Miller has been scamming property investors out of deposits for Spanish property. Plea to investors only hand reservation fees to your lawyer not to these people. Philip Cottrell based in Spain has also been trying to sell a Picaso painting, probably a paint by numbers one! also selling gold dust investment, please stay away.
